Mortgage Loan Calculator Plus 2.0 is a free program featuring a collection of mortgage
and general mathematics calculators. Program requirements: Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP.
Features:
- Amortization schedule creator -
Create a customizable amortization schedule for your home mortgage loan. Includes support for adjustable
rate mortgages, Canadian mortgages, multiple payment frequency options, amortization schedules
based on 360 (30/360 method), 365 (actual/365 method), or exact number of days in each year (actual/actual method),
interest-only mortgage amortization.
- Basic Calculator Plus - This built in calculator handles multiplication, addition,
subtraction, and division as one might expect. Also, through the use of its "Multi" button
-- which is short for multi-function -- can find square roots, power of (finds the result of a number raised to the exponent power).
Also, computer storage (for example: converts kilobytes to megabytes), area, length,
volume, weight, speed, energy, pressure, and power conversions. Converts Celsius to Fahrenheit, Fahrenheit to Celsius,
Kelvin to Fahrenheit/Celsius, and solves common percent problems. Calculation results are displayed
in a "visual" window for easy tracking.
- Mortgage loan qualification formulas - Helps estimate
debt-to-income ratio
and housing expense for a conventional mortgage loan and a Federal Housing Administration (FHA)
mortgage loan.
- Mortgage Refinance formulas -
Estimate loan-to-value ratio
for refinancing. Also, includes a simple mortgage refinance cost recovery estimator.
- Multiple interest formulas - Handles simple interest, simple interest
future and present value, and compound interest.
- Annuity formulas - Present and future value for ordinary annuities,
annuity due present and future value. Perpetuity calculation also supported.
- Interest-Only Mortgage - Estimate the size of an interest-only
mortgage payment for any loan amount.
