Payments

Month/Day/Year:
Allows the user to specify the exact day, month, and year that an extra payment will be made.

Open, Close, Save as...:
These buttons allow the user to either open an existing file with the ".pym" file extension that was created by Mortgage Loan Calculator Plus 2.0, close a file with the ".pym" file extension currently open, or save the data entered to a file with the ".pym" file extension.
Note: when a file is open the name of the currently open file will appear in the title of the window.

Payment Amount:
Allows the user to enter the desired dollar amount of an extra payment.

Add, Remove, Remove All:
These buttons allow the user to either add an extra payment and the date the extra payment will be added to the currently open file, remove a previously entered extra payment and date, or remove all perviously entered extra payments.

One Time, Monthly, Yearly:
Selecting one of these options will set the extra payment to be added one time only, once each month, or once each year.

Negative Payment:
Checking this option allows the user to enter a negative payment, which can simulate a withdrawal from a reverse mortgage, for example.
